1.  Diffuse Essential Oils.

Essential oils are a powerful way to enhance your immune system naturally. The Natural Health Clinic recommends diffusing Tea Tree, Eucalyptus, Lavender, and Lemon oils. Tea Tree has antibacterial properties, Eucalyptus helps clear the airways, Lavender promotes relaxation, and Lemon provides a refreshing boost to your mood and immune function

2.  Embrace Natural Light.

Getting sunlight in the morning really helps to regulate your circadian rhythm and boosts your Vitamin D levels - which is essential for immune health. Aim for at least 15 minutes of natural light exposure each morning. It’s a simple yet effective way to set a positive tone for your day.

3.  Try Cold Water Exposure.

Cold water exposure, such as a cold shower or a dip in the sea, can stimulate your immune system and increase circulation. It may sound daunting, but starting with just a few seconds can bring incredible benefits to your health!

4.  Keep Your Kidneys Warm.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, it’s essential to keep your kidneys warm, especially in the colder months. Wearing warm clothing and consuming warm foods and drinks can help maintain kidney health and support your overall immunity.

5.  Support Your Gut Health.

Your gut health plays a crucial role in your immunity.  If your gut health is out of balance it can adversely affect your wellbeing, so it’s important to support a healthy gut microbiome to enhance your body's defense mechanisms. The Natural Health Clinic recommends the following products to support your digestive health.

These products are packed with nutrients that promote gut and immune system support:

  • Gutright - a concentrated form of naturally occurring Modbiotic compounds that were once found in abundance in our traditional diet, but that we simply aren’t eating enough of in our modern lifestyle, due to the overabundance of refined foods in our Western diets.
  • Sea Moss - one of the most nutrient-rich foods nature provides and offers a large variety of healing properties and health benefits for the human body.
  • Noway Collagen Protein - Noway is just that – No Whey - combining the benefits of supplementing with collagen while filling in your protein requirements, without the dairy.
  • Bone Broth - nutrient-dense bone broth is packed with protein and collagen, as well as amino acids, hydrating electrolytes, and minerals to support your gut health and boost your immune system.
